Kids are generally afraid of a trip to the dentist, but that is not what we have experienced here, the whole staff is able to put the kids minds at ease and the dentists are able to walk us through exactly what they are doing. I would highly recommend Cresta for anyone, the hours are also great, with the ability to make appointments on weekends and in evenings, no more taking time off work or pull the kids out of school to make it to the dentist!

I once had a chipped tooth another dentist was trying to talk me into a crown whereas at Cresta I got a filling that is still holding strong today. They saved me thousands of dollars and I have been a loyal customer ever since.

The clinic claimed my insurance 4 times for the same appointment, and made mistake on the type of x-ray used for my dental check-up. They kept pestering me to pay them the remaining charges not paid by my insurance company. Also, they insist they did not make any mistakes when submitting the claim to my insurance company. Did not even apologize even after finally realizing they made mistakes after a few months of emailing back and forth.

Currently on disability and that's a money grab. I highly don't recommend giving them any kind of buisness.

I booked my appointments a year out and within 1-2 weeks of EVERY appoitment I received an email telling me the appointment was cancelled and to rebook. I don't believe covid has anything to do with it as I moved my services to Eagle Creek Dental who has not cancelled any appointments.
D	Della Eriksen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been experiencing severe toothache pain and had the unfortunate experience to receive a very unfriendly bedside manner from a Dr. Luckhurst today. I am entitled to see my own dentist when it comes to an opinion to remove a tooth I trust Dr. McInnes and have done so for many years. Dr McInnes is always kind and patient with me and is always kind enough to listen to me.
M	MK Average on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really glad I took the time to look for a dentist that will not only take my disability coverage, but not over charge by insane amounts. The previous dentist I went to took $200 of my coverage just to look in my mouth AND charged me $130 on top of it. Cresta has a $20 fee which I’m happy to pay, they were helpful over the phone, really nice and didn’t charge me ontop of what my disability covers just for the fun of it. I was ready to be told I had to pay thousands like the other place (which I don’t have), I was expecting to be charged $300 just to sit down like the other place and that didn’t happen! I get everyone needs to make money but dang, poor people deserve teeth too! The staff were super nice, personable and answered all my questions :) thank you! I wanted to ad, I really appreciate that the dentist told me everything he was doing, the time it would take etc. I’m nervous about the dentist and knowing what was going on and what to expect helped a lot. Thank you again. :)
