called in , booked appointment. i waited for about an hour standing in front of his counter as people came in. i went out to make a phone call came back in. continued to wait in queue for another 15mins until i recognize it is my turn. because i went out to take a phone call (standing outside his door for about 1 min) . i lost my place in line. i told him i waited, and called in. All the stylist could do is shrug his shoulders. so i left.
if you are to go, it is better to walk in.
