β β β β β I have been going to CHD for about 5 years. They used to rock! However, currently they only have 1 stylist doing women's hair and he is dreadful! I was quoted "about $60.00" for a dye touch up and blowout. The job took about X4 longer than it has ever taken; the dye job was patchy (I had to convince him to fix that!); the stylist didn't have leave-in conditioner (he seemed baffled when I requested it); and the blow out left me looking like Cousin It! Then, he charged me $95.00!! So disappointing!

β β β β β Judging my decision and gave me a bad hair cut.I was not happy in the middle of the hair cutting and the stylist called me anxious. The hair shop owner probably felt bad and did not charge the full price. But then the hair stylist was complaining. I paid the full price (? I am not sure because they did not tell me the full price in advance so I feel suspicious) and tipped anyways partly because he looked intimidating and partly because I respect he put his work. But he wasnβt nice and professional and certainly didnβt respect my feelings and expectations. And the price is not cheap. This barbershop opens on campus, if you are a student, go somewhere else and save your money.

β β β β β I booked a same day appointment with Mike and I enjoyed every aspect of my experience. Mike was an awesome hair stylist and a great conversationalist. We talked about everything from motorcycles to the Roman Empire and I felt very comfortable and satisfied with my haircut. Iβll definitely be back for another awesome haircut and great conversation with Mike ????

β β β β β Their haircuts are very good looking and clean. The barber cut the back of my neck with the clippers and I didn't notice the blood until I got home. It's a shame he didn't notice, or if he did notice, it's a shame he didn't apologize. That one incident aside, the haircuts are great and the prices are reasonable.
