★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awful experience where they told my my medication was not covered when it was they just were not entering it in the system properly. After months of being off my meds I wound up in the hospital. Finally I had to call and get them some training and after one phone call magically my medication was covered again. They need serious training on how to adequately deal with Indigenous people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promised to stock a particular med I need but then don't have it in stock when I need it. This has happened more than once. I liked the pharmacy because it is small and they seem friendly but it doesn't make up for a lack of organization and foresight to stock my prescription that they know months in advance. Sadly am switching. Might be fine if your meds are the regular stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems as though nobody works here. Have been there multiple times as I've been close and it was convenient, but even after ringing the bell a few times, nobody has shown up at the cash register and I've left without buying my items. The prices are fair, they do have good clearance items and the pharmacy usually takes 45 min to fill a script.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a newly diabetic I was prescribed the wrong sensors, over charged for insulin that was unavailable and had orders cancelled because the manager didn't think I would pay for the life saving medicine and didn't want to have extra stock

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahmed is the best pharmacist I’ve ever interacted with. For several years he’s been tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. Now that I’ve moved and have had to switch pharmacies I’ve learned how rare that is to find!
