Been a regular since the Tuscany one opened. Always had a great cut from Cory and Angela!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero star if I could. I just did my haircut there last night with a stylist named Kelsey. She is very very bad at the job. She first asked me what number of the cuts I used. If I don't know then she won't be able to do anything. OMG, no stylist asked me this question for last 30 years for hair cut. I just pick one from the table, and then she started trimming two sides of my hair, and edging a line on the side and back. And then she told me it is done. it is like about 3 minutes. I was shocked. I told her could you please cut down a little bit on top, then she felt very annoyed. And then she started talking about she babysit her nephew and niece, how to scare them, how to discipline them like non-stop for another 10 minutes without focus on anything about my hair. She destroyed my hair last night, I went back home, my wife helped me to fix it. It is like 10 times better than what she did there. I wish I took some pictures last night so I can post them here. I hope the owner of the shop sees this review and take action to fire that girl called Kelsey so no one will be victimized by her again.

Weird experience though, were somewhat rude to me. Kinda felt like they were making fun of me before I came into the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hair cuts I’ve ever received. The stylist cut my hair unevenly so one side is longer than the other. The ends are choppy and no styling was done whatsoever (she cut to a certain length and that was it). I left the chair with damp, frizzy hair. The length is quite shorter than what I asked for. Stylist was mostly silent through the entire cut. Horrible, there are better places to go if you want an affordable hair cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in with a middle part asking for a little trim around the sides (undercut) not so hard right? Had to tell him 3 times what I wanted. Buddy still manages to mess up. ended up leaving with a bowl cut smh. Gonna have to shave it all off. Also paid 30$

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve gone to first choice on and off for a number of years now. Heard a lot of people discredit the company but in my opinion non of it ever seems valid. This franchise company provides great hours Mon-Sun and probably one of the cheapest haircuts around. With that being said I have had many bad haircuts but I’ve never blamed the salon just depends on who you get. I believe her name is Zeyna at this location but she does an excellent job with mens haircuts.
