Love coming here, hard to find someone to trust with doing a good job but my goodness these girls are amazing. I show up with high expectations and they never fail to exceed them. They do great work and give great service. I would recommend to anyone :)

My wife had a haircut in there Saturday that didn't go well. She asked for her bangs to be lightened up off her face and some of the heavy length taken off. She addressed it with the "stylist" 3 or 4 times and the girl kept saying "yes I have done that" but my wife couldn't tell because her hair was quite wet still. When the "cut" was done she bought some product and the total was close to $150 and when it went through the debit machine asked for % tip...my wife didn't want to tip on $100 worth of product and asked to have it split up...the stylist was grouchy about not getting tipped on $150 but did it anyway. She left the shop, in the middle of a winter day, with still wet hair, bangs "moussed to death" off her face and had to drive straight home to get in the shower to warm up and get the product off her hair. She was sold some of the mousse at the time of the cut to "keep her bangs off her face" which actually wasn't the point of the hair cut, however, I have attempted to return the mousse that she bought because the smell of it upsets her and she feels it smells bad. Upon going in yesterday they refused to return it for me saying that the other person would be in touch with my wife....so all day yesterday and nothing. Today I went in again with hopes of seeing the woman that was going to be talking with my wife about the situation and the girl came out again and said "No I won't return it until she speaks with her" I asked if that was their return policy and she said "yes it is". I confirmed with her that their return policy was to HAVE to speak VERBALLY with the manager and that the ORIGINAL purchaser must do the return...the blonde girl in fact said that was the case. I said " is this a written return policy" and she said "Yes it is". I looked on my receipt and on the web page and cannot find copy or where it states that an unused product cannot be returned to the store unless its: 1) the original person that carried it out of the store, and 2) speaks with the manager verbally prior to said return. My wife is in interviews all week this week and unavailable by phone and probably the same next week, and to have somebody NEED to interrupt her at her job I find unbelievable. I returned back to the store after doing my shopping and asked the same girl if I could please give the manager MY contact info as I am readily available during the day to discuss the matter, and she said "No you can't, she can only speak with your wife"..really...so she got a bad haircut, is upset about it having to go do her interviews this week with the EXACT hair she wanted cut and now I can't even return her mousse for her? and a conversation with an escalated client is what MUST occur before anything else?

I went to this salon a number of times and always had a good haircut until more resonantly I had a newer stylist called Taylor. She needed to ask for help on how to cut my hair properly and near the end of my haircut after she had been using a razor, I noticed a bald spot that I had never seen before. The razor didn't have a guard on it to prevent this from happening. When I pointed this out instead of apologizing and trying to fix it she claimed that it had already been there and continued to ignore it. Well it's been a week and the hair has already grown back. I would never go back and hope that no one else experiences what I did.

The first time I was struggling to find a good salon however I saw lady in the Starbucks with nice colouring hair and cut I asked her where did you cut ur hair she said Evolve salon. Then I went outside to the salon Evolve to make appointment with them after that I did hair cut with highlight with keri and first time with Kelsey my experience was so wonderful I am so happy finally I found a good place to cut my hair. Thank you Kelsey and keri they are professional and Very kind. They do great job and great service I will not forget how Keri stand to finish my hair for 5 a hours to be sure everything ok I appreciate her time and hardworking. I will recommend them to everyone.

Lovely Erin has been doing my hair for the past 3 yrs and we have been experimenting with different short hairdos just for the fun of it. She does beautiful, professional haircuts and I'm often asked who does my hair. I leave the salon with a smile on my face knowing it won't be too long before someone asks "Excuse me, but where do you get your hair cut?" I'm always happy to oblige.? The other staff is infaillingly polite and professional as well, so Kudos to Evolve for work well-done.

Had my hair cut by Kelsey today it was my first time visiting Evolve and she was great! She knew exactly the type of style that would suit me & my hair type, I love my new hair cut and we also discussed other styles that I could try in the future, I'm excited to go back!

I had an appointment for balayage in February, but nearly $500 later, my hair change was severely underwhelming at best. I waited a few days to see if I’d feel differently with a bit of time, but my disappointment was only validated when every friend, family member, and coworker who heard I had got my hair done, responded with, β€œreally? I guess it maybe looks very slightly lighter?” and/or β€œwow! You did not get what you paid for”. I followed up with Kelsey directly and politely asked if something could be done. She said she would get back to me, but she never did and has ignored my two very polite follow up messages since. Strange, considering any time I’ve messaged a request for service (ie for her profit), she responded within the same day. I’m writing this review six weeks after the fact because I wanted to give her the benefit of a doubt that she would respond, however it’s been radio silence from her end and I’ve run out of hope. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing, especially for a $100/hr service. To Kelsey’s credit and in keeping with a fair review, my hair is not a disaster (hence two stars), BUT it was not what I asked for, not anywhere close to the photo I had showed her, definitely not worth $500, and the customer service has been atrocious. Will not be returning and would not recommend.
