Always go to this branch nearby my home. Feel it’s like the best TD branch so far in town. Always positive experience. Friendly staff and excellent customer service.

I have always had bad experience with this branch. Absolutely terrible customer service. Trust me folks. This is the WORST TD branch in Victoria. Doesn't matter how much you love TD, please come to this bank and experience it yourself, I promise you that will NEVER give TD any further business again. Good luck TD!

I have dealt with this branch for many years. They’ve always given me excellent service with both my banking and mortgage needs. I’m handicapped and sometimes unable to stand in line. They are always able to accommodate me while not delaying service to others. Everybody is helped in the order they arrived. It’s perfect!

About once a week, I pass through the TD Bank in Saanich Plaza. And every time I’m in there, Charlotte (and Lan, too) goes the extra mile to make sure that the service she provides is β€œabove & beyond” what I experience at most other banks and branches – your kind and thoughtful attention is very welcomed & appreciated – thank you! (No wonder this bank-branch has one of the best ratings in town.)

Opened an account online . Could use online account for few days then suddenly I couldn’t login and called the customer care . They asked me to walk in to one of the branch with ID proof. I already gave my ID when I opened the account . Anyway I did and then the employee at the bank , who seems very friendly and had a lovely conversation and all smiley with other customers suddenly changed her face when it’s my turn ( because I am a brown person? ??!!! )and didn’t even greet me !She asked me to take an appointment and come back ! unfortunately they don’t have an appointment for next 3 weekends , and I can’t go to bank on week days . I checked with other branches and it’s the same with them !no appointments on next 3 weekends ! They are not having any respect over customer β€˜s time at all . It seems For a month I can’t use either the bank or card at all . Why should the customer care employee misinformed me about walk in ? Who is responsible for this. ? Otherwise I could have get an appointment sooner ! If they can’t let the account holder access the account why in the first place allowed them to open an account online ?

I am very proud of my TD Bank. Today, I went to withdraw money and I was positively surprised by a happy birthday message at the start and then a virtual cup cake with a reminder that it is my birthday month before taking my bank card. Add to this personal touch, an all inclusive cheque account with almost all service fees waived...you end up with a dream bank. Thank You TD Bank for going above and beyond in customer service. I am proud of you. I used CIBC,RBC and BMO...and you are the best.

I am coming from mainland in order to do some business in Victoria. The teller is not very skilled by dealing with the Bank System due to the training, so the Banking Associate Celina Pavlenco give us lots of help to waive the problem. I would like to say she is very professional and give us the best way to remove the problem.

I have been trying to get help for three weeks at this branch at 3530 Blanshard for my business account. I even tried booking online. They won't help me and it is hurting my business and it makes me look unprofessional to the contractors I need to pay. No one is answering their emails including their financial advisor whose email was given to me when I went into the branch. They claimed they couldn't help me set up a second account for paying people, even though I have all the government documents. No one is answering their phone, no one is booking appointments for this branch online either. It's been down for weeks. I am writing this review as I've been on hold with their 1-800 number for over thirty minutes. Again, after trying multiple times. I think it is time to move my business account and funds to another bank. A business account with $26,000 in it must be an inconvenience to them, but it is not money I want to lose due to their gross negligence. I need business services that are fast and professional. Like VanCity maybe. Update: Following the "Response From Owner" instructions below I have still not heard anything from them over two days later. I doubt I will ever hear from them unless I escalate my complaint.
