★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shery the teller is an absolute angel, how she handled a situation where my mom’s fraud/money investigation was conducted by the bank for money stolen from my pensioner/elderly/early signs of dementia moms bank account, my mom cried tears of joy, and is getting her 1600.00 dollars credited back to her bank account. Please don't be awful to front line staff❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Atm doors are always locked, despite the sign saying 7 am to 11 pm. I went on three separate occasions and it’s always locked when the bank is closed. I called the bank and told them about it but no change at all..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our branch is only open M-F until 5pm - no weekends anymore. I work til 5 so it makes it impossible for me to do banking in person. I went to make a cash deposit on Saturday through the ATM BUT the vestibule was LOCKED. So I can't deposit, I can't take cash out! I was not the only upset person standing outside wondering what the he** is going on???? I'm so done with this bank! No customer service what so ever!! And we have to pay a monthly service fee, for what???????
