★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a letter stating my account will be closed in 2 weeks for no reason.
Upon calling they told me "There is no issue with your account, we just cannot have your account with us anymore. This is the head branch's order and we cannot do anything about it".
So if you want to have your accounts closed at any given time, please continue with RBC - especially this branch where no one even tries to help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long lines with barely any employees. I was told to visit the branch to fix a mistake by the RBC help line and the clerk at RBC was very cold and unhelpful. It is also a very inconvenient spot if you are driving there. I am switching banks due to the bad experiences I have had with this branch and RBC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been trying to not leave bad reviews as of late but the experience I just had this location was awful. I was trying to break $100 bill and the guy helping me was cold and seemed irritated. Took 15 minutes to break $100 and he didn't even wait for me to collect my change before he walked away. Didn't even acknowledge that I was leaving the branch. I wouldn't go here anymore if it wasn't for the company I work for. I'll be sending someone else up there next time.
