★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I’ve been in here the workers have been incompetent and rude. I’m sure there’s nice people that work here but seriously... I’ve worked in food service for over a decade so I know what an unfounded complaint looks like and this isn’t one of them. The woman was sooo rude, threw the bottles of sauce around when I asked for more, and tore the entire side of my burrito so I can’t pick it up. I called to let them know it was bad service, and before I could say anything they hung up. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a burrito bowl. They don’t have any veggies left and when i asked for veggies he told me it will take 3 minutes. Then i asked for double meat (Chicken) he gave me good amount of chicken but it was overcooked or burned, bad in taste. He give me limited toppings. I usually order at shelbourne location and they never ask me to pay extra for extra toppings.Sorry to say but it was my bad experience at this location.

I ordered my usual favourite burritos extra spicy with black beans & beef brisket. With pickle onions bell peppers, condiments in the wrap it was so flavorful to the bite.
Price around $12.95. I had a can pop however not offered is hot beverages.

My favorite healthy substitution is the quinoa for rice. So yummy and good.

I opted for a bowl as server could not tell is if burrito wrap was gf.
My meal was in the range of: meh-to-ok. The flavours were there, but it was mostly a bowl of barely warm ingredients. As some ingredients were kind-of warm and some were cold, it didn't lend to evenly melted cheese, and this detracted from what could have been a greater experience.
Our service was good; but sourcing vegan and gf suitability was a bit of work.
Wish the build-your-own menu was a little more flexible. (For example: it would be nice to substitute extra beans where no other protein is selected. Or extra rice, or some other veg. if onions and peppers are really just onions with a few peppers showing.)
Also, a mild salsa or even plain tomato salsa would be preferable to the options of hot or insanely hot sauce.
