M	Michelle L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was cold and soggy, way too much cheese (and I love cheese). It also took forever even though the place was empty. The kids meal had barely any fries and came with 6 packets of ketchup that we had to squeeze out one by one into a metal dish. The servers were super kind though. They should be working at a nicer establishment imo lol.
J	Josee Bureau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for lunch on Tuesday Jan. 4th 2022 around 3pm in the afternoon. We were nicely greeted and seated. The server was friendly and quick to help us. We ordered right away. It took almost 25 minutes to get our food yet people that came at the same time were eating with 7-8 minutes. We order an individual pizza and a burger with a ceasar salad. The pizza was barely warm, the pepper on it were wrinkled as if they had been on the pizza for a while. The shrimps on the pizza were cold, dried and hard and the pizza had hardly any cheese on it. We could tell as the first look of the pizza that it had sat there for a while. The burger was alright but dry. Not sure if they forgot to put the sauce it in. My salad was horrible. Very little dressing and the lettuce was old. there were pieces of the lettuce with black edges that I had to pick out. No one came back to check if we re were ok until the server brought us the bill. We share our disappointment. She gave us 10% off as an apology which made no difference on our experience. Oh and the restaurant was empty, only another couple in there with us so not sure why the length of time to get food or the lack of attention to us. I would not return there or recommend the place. I have been to other Boston pizza and have been happy. This place needs to check on their kitchen staff!

Our group had not been to your restaurant since 2019 due to the pandemic. My dish came out first and was sent back as it was cold. Servers were stressed, it was UFC night, we were not part of that. Ordered drinks took forever and when the server came back I was informed they were out of what I ordered. I waited a while longer and got my second choice. My food finally came and was hot this time. I was disappointed with the dish, it was not as good as I was used to. I usually order the same (Boston's Lasagna). There was an issue with bills, apparently the computer system crashed and the servers were very confused as to how to handle it. Bills were wrong, combined incorrectly etc etc. Not sure why as they had names from the preorder and were told who was with whom. Our group was anxious to leave and my wife and I were able to pay for ours after originally being given a bill for the entire dinner. We left but others were still waiting and waiting, finally one of our group paid for everyone else that had been unable to get their bills, so we could finally leave. Over all a bad experience that used to be a fun regular outing at Boston Pizza.
C	Craig Moir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife and I went Jan 13 for a bite and a beer after work. Sat at table 301 served by CHLDE N . Got out drinks fast and politely. Ordered food and got it fairly quick and it was hot, the way food should be! Service was good and reasonable price. Well done.

t	touringteg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids eat free in March 2022? One free kids meal per $16 spent. Love this deal. I enjoyed the Chicken burger (I chose grilled) and my daughter had spaghetti. The service was fast and friendly. I would go back again. A side note that Boston Pizza at Hillside is closed and the website needs to be updated to reflect this.

I had ordered a delivery to someone's house to surprise them for Valentine's Day. Boston Pizza is one of the only places I could find that does heart-shaped pizzas. There was no online ordering available for the delivery location so I called the store to place the order. I think it was an extremely busy night and the order never came! They said they were terribly sorry and that it must have gotten "lost in the sauce"! ? Not to worry though, my person was understanding and BP made sure to deliver the exact order the next day at no charge! They really did step up to the plate(pun intended) on this one and go above and beyond to correct an epic failure! Lol Thanks for making this a special night for someone special (even if it was a day late!) ? Pizza in the picture is the Viva Italian!
