★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought I ordered a Primo Spicy Capicola but, it turned out to be a pepperoni pizza. Called the store to get this rectified but, the staff on the phone wasn't cordial at all. Was very rude and was in a fit to argue. Sent a picture to his personal number as well but, just got a bland response. Don't think will ever order from Sarpino's ever again. Bad customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i open my box Wow!!my cheese pizza is burn.is this a normal cheese pizza? i'm very dispponted after paying additional cheese.Don't do it they will burn it.Don't order to this place very poor customer service.Well done pizza is totally different from Burn pizza. obviously you don't know the diffrence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery and it tasted great. Large classic Italian came to approximately 25$. Toppings were fresh and generous, crust was delicious and sauce nice and tangy. Would definitely order here again when looking for an American style pizza at a good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my favourite place to order pizza; they have excellent deals and the food was always great. The last 3 times we ordered the pizza took 2 hours. Tonight we decided to give them another chance, after calling after an hour and being assured the pizza was on its way and would be hot we figured they were just busy. A half an hour later they called back and confessed our order had been missed but they could still fill the order and give us a discount. We declined and ordered Dominos who delivered within a half hour. By then we were so hungry anything would do. This location has serious staffing issues; it’s too bad. We won’t be ordering from them again.
