So I tried out, since then I just love coming to the class whenever I can. the gym instructor is amazing and very professional. of course,,, the best part it made me lose weight! I am much happier and stronger! Thanks to James and to all the instructors! Would definitely recommend friends to come and try kickboxing!

I was never hungry, I was supported throughout, everyone there was friendly and encouraging regardless of their fitness level or boxing experience, and I learned so many healthy eating habits and really improved my strength and endurance. I've signed up again for a year-long maintenance program because I miss it so much! I highly recommend it! Thanks so much for everything, Hanne!!

James is an amazing coach and you can feel his dedication to his life's work in every aspect of the studio. It's an addictive workout that becomes a cornerstone to your well being before you know it. Nothing makes me feel better than a sweat sesh at Skillz! Edit: still relevant! I've never committed to a workout before I discovered kickboxing, and I'm STILL infatuated.

Since I started a year and a half ago my health has improved significantly, I sleep better off my blood pressure medication and over all feel great. You woman out there going through menapause! This will help! Never to late to get started. James and his coaches are there to help and even if you fall down they pick you up shake you off and help you try again. No judgement ??

Because of them, I have found a fire inside of me I never knew I had!! I have always thought about doing martial arts and this is the best way to get into it. I love challenging myself with back to back classes, especially with Instructor Nikhil!!

I felt supported and accepted from day one, and have even made new friends. The coaches are friendly and happy to break down the skills when you need a little more help, and there’s a real “all Inclusive” feeling to the sessions. That is not the case everywhere else. If you’re on the fence about giving them a shot- just do it!!! You’ll be happy you did!
