James (owner), Nick (manager), and their instructors do a great job of running energetic, heart-pounding kickboxing classes that leave you sweaty, invigorated, and endorphin-drenched! They’re also friendly and personable - you’re not just another number here and you’ll know you’re among friends. Try it out - you’ll love it too!
