β β β β β DO NOT USE THERE CAR WASH, CAN SCRATCH YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!
Went to car wash parked according to there instructions, soap spray started and suddenly banged on my car and shut down everything. The guy working there called his manager Jatin and the manager start laughing at me didnβt even listen me professionally said we will give you bucket and cup wash it we cannot do anything about it

β β β β β So I am writing this review because on many occasions I have had issues with this Shell station and specifically the staff during the daytime. One occasion I prepaid for my fuel and ask for diesel v-power fuel. I have only had diesel vehicles for the past 7 years now. So I went out there found out that it was for gas not diesel so when I walk back in she argued with me that it was gas I asked for why I would ask for gas when I have Volkswagen cars and diesel trucks is beside me. So for today I prepaid for my fuel which is diesel and it's a smart car. So I found the pump was going extremely slow it did not turn off when the car was full it just pumped out all over the ground a good $0.20 worth. So when I went in to tell the same person that I've had issues with before the problem they looked very annoyed and angry and when they came out I said what am I going to do about my car and she told me to use the paper towel to clean my car. I looked at her and said I don't think so that's not going to clean my car properly I said I would like a car wash to my surprise she actually gave me the car wash but was rude about it the whole time through the whole process.

β β β β β I prepaid for octane 87 fuel but pump kept showing the message "invalid fuel". I had to wait in live and the gas station clerk argued that I initially asked him for V-Power (no, I didn't). He said he had cancelled the transaction but refused to give me a printed receipt to prove it. He now wanted me to pay again. I had to threaten him to call police (I was dialing) to finally force him to print that canceled transaction receipt. I don't know if he was 1. actually trying to steal gas and fill his own car with my prepaid gas later 2. doing his best to provide the worst service ever 3. poorly trained and not familiar with operating the cash register. Giving the benefit of the doubt... But I recommend customers to be cautious next time you stop at this gas station.

β β β β β Got trapped in the car wash and employees were not sufficiently trained to fix it - the car wash opened the exit door part way, then abruptly closed it before I could drive out. I tried driving slowly up to the door in case it was a motion sensor; it stayed closed. Called the gas station on my cell; employee had no idea how to open the car wash or shut it down to make it safe for me to try from inside (the status lights inside kept signalling that the wash cycle might start again, so I didn't get out of the car). Employee later told me there was a key he could have used from the outside, but another employee on a different shift had apparently lost it.

β β β β β Don't EVER buy a Car Wash pass from Shell. I was convinced to buy one years ago for 500 bonus Air Miles. I thought "great, now I can get my car washed whenever I drive past a Shell Gas Station". No. I cannot. For years mind you, because every Shell Car Wash in Victoria is ALWAYS broken and waiting for repair.
They shouldn't be selling passes at all if they never have a working wash. Today was the last straw; it marks the 20th time I've tried to use it and all Shell Car Washes in Victoria are broken. Yes, the gas station attendant called the other location and I was told it was functioning. Until I got there, and it's magically broken.
I can't say much else about Shell as I rarely go there; but this is just my experience with the wash, and it's been on going for almost 3 years.

β β β β β I asked for a refund on my car wash and counter staff could not refund it back onto my credit card. Gave me cash instead. Please properly train staff on POS machines.

β β β β β I went there early morning approx 4-5 am and I bought my cigarettes and some other stuff but I forgot my smokes there , the girl working there was very nice, I was about to go , she came and gave me my smokes . Thankyou for being so humble and for such a nice customer service. Will sure come back again!

β β β β β Annoying in the evening when not just wanting to purchase gas! You have to tell the guy in the window what you want and they always seem to grab the wrong thing .. the frustration is more towards the customer in which can be very annoying.
