β β β β β 7-11 Experience cant get any better. Asked for the food to be cooked fresh and was served with hot and delicious food. Employees are always smiling and delivering their best. GUNGEET U DA MAN!!

β β β β β This is the place I go to get my car washed while the McKenzie & Quadra location is under renovations. However, I do have an issue when the cashier in the store does not ring up my transaction properly and I do not get my offers awarded properly for my Esso Extra Privileges account.

β β β β β It's a 7-Eleven why are they closed most of the night it's ridiculous plus the staff is incredibly rude except for I believe she is the owner she is in East Indian woman she is very nice and sweet

β β β β β The guy Sam working in this store has no work ethics super rude telling customers they are thieves while was heating up the milk for my kids. Should need a answer from the company what kind of customer service you give ?

β β β β β I truly enjoy coming here in the mornings to be greeted by a friendly face and a smile.
The last time I was here, I felt so bad for the counter person who had to deal with a long line of angry, impatient customers that have gone back to crowding into the tiny convenience store. Why do owners think one person can do this job alone?
Better training is required as this person had to call a manager/supervisor for several problems, clarification, procedure advice they should have known but didn't. I had planned on buying a few in store food items but changed my mind, paid for my fuel at the pump and left. I haven't gone back since.
I miss the morning woman, Jeena. Awesome customer service, always friendly, always smiling even if her day has not been the most stellar!
