The staff were very helpful as I was looking to rent a kneely scooter for a couple weeks, their prices are fair, they work with you and can provide receipts if you need to submitt to your insurance. I would recommend to other family and friends.

β β β β β We brought our mother in to look at scooters last week. AJ Trotter helped us and I cannot thank him enough. He sold her a beautiful used scooter that fits her perfectly. He added a 3 year warranty, a beautiful wicker basket and seat belts. He delivered it the next day and brought a replacement for her walker that could not be repaired - no charge! Who does that these days! Well, he did and we are so grateful. Thank you AJ and Canada scooters.

β β β β β I absolutely love my Travel buggy! It allows me the freedom I never had before. We have used it on multiple trips and it is very comfortable, maneuverable and lasted the whole day without having to recharge. The only thing I wish it did have is an odometer as I would love to know the countless km I have put on using it.

First off, big thank you to the Victoria, BC, branch outlet with my purchase of the above scooter. Two days of golf and the unit performed to my expectations. Steep up hill grades/down hill grades, performance was suburb. Battery reserve was great with lots left over after playing 18 holes and traveling back home which was a total of 18 km. As my golf buddies commented, great choice, going to look into possible purchase. I'm thrilled with my choice and looking forward to the rest of the year golfing at my golf club.

β β β β β Terrific customer service that is easy to reach by phone. Amazing product. What more do you need? My scooter has given me independence and the freedom to run errands myself. May seem like a little thing to some, but being able to go anywhere I want without waiting for a cab or bus or friend to take me has greatly improved my mental health.
