D	Dave Hogberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slid into a ditch on 30 Dec...given the snowy/icy conditions, I was not optimistic about getting a tow out anytime soon. Was connected with All-Ways, who could not have been more helpful and courteous...tow truck arrived in 30 mins! Dylan, the tow truck operator was amazing....friendly, thoroughly professional and reassuring...he had us out of the ditch in less than 20 mins, then realizing that we would have great difficulty driving up the icy road...reconnected us and towed us up the hill to a flat spot. Amazing service! Thanks Dylan and All-Ways dispatch...you were both incredible. Dave Hogberg

K	KC Bryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed at all with this company, would not tow my vehicle or take my visa unless I was with the vehicle, which was not possible given the situation, but they were not willing to work with my situation at all (only company I called that has this bizarre policy) as they are unable to process a visa payment over the phone, seems odd given this world of technology, anyways lost my business. Keep up with times guys or you get left behind is what my dad used to say, good example of that right here.

They enforce incredibly confusing parking restrictions written in the tiniest font legally I'm sure at condo/apartment buildings that could easily be enforced with warning notices versus taking vehicles immediately at 3 am to an entirely different city 20kms away. Makes sense it's difficult to get any helpful service when the staff is just trolling for easy payouts like this 24/7. They also damaged my vehicle and drove my vehicle without my permission, I also could have sworn there was a twenty dollar bill in my passenger seat before but I must be crazy. Also, the receptionist should be made aware of this thing called "deodorant", very smelly woman. Edit: gotta be the worst response I've ever seen. Enjoy the 20 bucks, seems like you need it more than I do. Karma is real, and it will come for you. Judging by how miserable you lot are I see it might already have started.

They steal things from inside your car and even tried to sell me things they've taken from people's employers even like dominos car toppers Edit: you do and did. I saw at least 7 dominos car tops on some wall and you asked me if my employer (being domino's) would like to purchase them back after you had seized them. Cope and seethe about it. You took exactly 120 dollars in bills from my console and went through everything in my car before returning it. Lie all you want about it, the reviews tell a very consistent story, and you are only in business because a police department as corrupt as yourselves doesn't care to vet you or employ a more competent service. Your employees are crooks, but I'm sure you are well aware of this.
J	JKite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m sure this company won’t be around in a few years. Sketchiest place I’ve ever been to. Can’t believe they are still in business. Absolute joke. Customer service is just brutal. They towed my vehicle and wouldn’t give it back to me when I showed up as there was no person available. Place looks like a junkyard. They have no pride. Absolute night mare of a company. I hope you never have to deal with these people. The girl at the front desk was nice though. I feel bad for her needing to work at a real trashy scammy place like this. They’ll be shut down by law in a few years I’m sure.

Rush hour), and got there as quickly as possible to get my car out and paid the necessary fees. Courteous and prompt, that's why the city hires them to keep the rush hour lanes clear. I only wish they weren't so fast at pulling parked cars out!
