★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave one star I would. The dispatch agent hung up on me in the middle of our conversation and called me ignorant when I was explaining his company sign was inaccurate. This may not be a customer service based business but when you are trying to get your car from them they should not hang up but rather warn you that if you are doing xyz they will terminate the conversation. Regardless they are rude and uncooperative god forbid your car gets towed to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for a tow truck to take my car to the dealership for a battery change on my dead car. John offered to take a look at it for me and ended up helping my change the battery instead of towing it to the dealership. He was extremely kind and caring. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone who wants a professional who cares about helping people out.
