★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people have no idea what they are doing, don't trust them with your vehicle (although you probably didn't want them to touch it in the first place). They damaged my vehicle when towing it. Not a legitimate company, stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of their greasy drivers tell me to either get out of the way of him trying to tow my boss' jeep or end up in the hospital.... When it was clear I was going to report him for uttering a threat if he didn't beat it he stopped trying to tow the vehicle and just pulled ahead and stared at me with this dirty white trash look. On another occasion they towed my vehicle, damaged it and wouldn't release it until the next day so they could charge extra. Easily the biggest group of low life scum bags i have ever heard of!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company!! My vehicle was impounded (my fault) They over charged me, tried to keep the vehicle longer than they were allowed to. They refuse to listen to customers and try and make their own rules!! Be warned, watch your billing!! The only reason I ended up getting my vehicle back when I should is because I contacted to Superintendent of Motor Vehicles and had them call and tell them to release. If I hadn't done this on the Friday, they would not have released. I am still out the extra day of impound fees, we'll see how long it will take to get that back!! Terrible customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, charge huge money. I had to pay $289 for my little Ford Ranger to get it out of impound. But here's the worst - I bought the truck from my Son. I was getting the insurance transferred into my name. All papers were signed etc. In the glove box. He wouldn't let me get insurance from GL be box to go get insurance so I could take it out of impound. Cause not in my name, yet trsfr papers signed in glove box. My Son lived in Shawnigan and working, couldn't come in. So they kept it and charged more money for impound... Another 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst experience EVER! The driver left his truck in reverse and jumps out. Truck (flat deck) rolls 3 feet and slammed the vehicle being towed into my car. Locking the 2 bumpers messed up my license plate holder and pushed my car 6-8 inches backwards knocking it off the jack popped the bead on my tire. I call to complain and after being yelled at she says oh whaaaa and tells me to suck it up they aren't doing anything about it and look at license sticker it's expired!!!!
