★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the towing of my car, the underside of my front bumper was scratched. Talked to Sheldon at TT, who was helpful and he arranged to have my bumper repaired. I especially appreciated that he didn't argue and was simply kind and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a ridiculous ditch situation of my own making, and Vincent #62 was my prompt and quick thinking rescuer. What a guy, for real you have someone special on your hands here Totem. He was there super fast and took the time to evaluate the situation so as to save me from damaging my car, and went far above and beyond to make sure I got out safe - moving rocks, putting boards down, climbing under the car to make sure things were clear. He was super friendly and happy, made the whole situation way better. I can’t say enough good things about Vincent and Totem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I did not use Totem's service personally, I still need to give "kudos" to the company and especially the driver ( Vincent), who came to the aid of a good female friend who experienced her first flat tire ever, which was on dark, rainy, cold night several miles from her home. Vincent arrived within a short period of time and his demeaner from the get go made the situation somewhat an enjoyable experience ! As he quickly and efficiently replace the tire with a spare, his general conversation & banter with us dissolved the stress of the situation and by the time he made some recommendations of tire repair shops and wished us an enjoyable rest of the evening, we all felt relieved and appreciative of someone who in earnest was there to assist us. More businesses need people like this gentleman to represent them.
Thanks again and safe travels assisting others in need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Gas Station when my car wouldn't start. I then called BCAA, who then got me in touch with Totem Towing. It took their driver, Vincent #62, under 10 minutes to arrive at my location. It was dark, and I was alone, which for me was nerve-wracking. He was knowledgeable, which made me feel at ease. He then took my car to the shop for repair, talked to the repairmen and handled everything for me. Vincent is a highly professional and talented individual. Totem towing took great care of me, and I would recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Christmas Day night, I got stuck on icy Quadra Street and couldn't get up the hill. The tow truck came in less than 30 minutes, even though I'm sure a ton of people were stuck that night! The driver was super friendly and helpful. The road was too slippery for him to get up with the tow truck, so he helped me back up and get going in the other direction. And I got home quickly and without any other problems. Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leaf went above and beyond to provide exceptional service for us with our vehicle tow! We’re out of the country and one of our work vans had a deflated tire (a bit of a nightmare). He helped us out a bunch with communication between the tire repair companies.
Another employee Keith came by first to try and put the spare tire on the van, but he wasn’t able to take the spare off. He was really nasty and curt with us over the phone, and with my sister in person and we were not impressed.. but Leaf really turned the experience around!

Dispatch office were also friendly when I called to get a bag I had forgotten in their truck. I had zero issues with them and highly recommend. Thank you.
