★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Studio is spacious, exceptionally clean and welcoming. The service was professional, crazy fast and amazing value! I was so impressed that I walked in there, spent only $11 and out within 15 minutes of walking in the door for my passport photos. They provided me with the proper passport photos I required for my application and answered all my questions regarding my inquiry for future family photos. Based off this first impression alone, I would definitely recommend this business for any of your photography needs.

Absolutely loved the pictures, Davoud was very helpful in providing his inputs, very patient as well. I had to later get some editing done to suit my needs, and he very promptly did that as well at no cost. Great customer service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and we’re off for new passports and he needed his photos taken. As we were walking to the Bay Center we passed Photo Tak.
The sandwich board showed $9.99 passport photos. Wow! In we go.
The street-level studio was quiet, clean, warm and inviting as was the customer service. While my husband was getting his picture taken, I was looking through the photographer’s portfolio, beautiful work with a unique eye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at PHOTO TAK. Our six-year-old has Down Syndrome and refused to NOT smile for his passport picture. Davoud was very patient and ended up taking about 30 exposures to find one that would be acceptably neutral in expression. We appreciate his time! Will go back again for sure, maybe even for a nice family portrait when we can all smile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good photo studio. I came here with my two daughters for passport photos for their passports. We did mention the size but did a mistake and got smaller print. The owner graciously did another photoshoot the next day and he did not charge us for the new sets of photos. This was a good business practice and we love the owner and shop for this kind and helpful gesture. The second time I came here for my passport pic and came early at 8:45 am and waited until 9:15 am but the shop did not open. Clearly the owner was late. I tried calling them but there was no response. So I had to run to other studios and all were closed. I was running out of time so tried at the Bay Center studio next to the Canada passport office and it was done. Owner did call me later and apologized for being late, which I understand. Passport pics are expensive everywhere in Victoria or elsewhere it seems.
