Although the store was quite busy, I feel the staff did an amazing job helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this shopping experience to those looking to bring back a bit of Canada home, eh?

I contacted the website and they are shipping me a replacement for just a nominal charge. Now that is true customer service and the store was just beautiful with wonderful gifts to represent their beautiful country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner/manager of the store violated the bylaw and Human rights code and forced the staff to do so. He was very arrogant when being confronted with the issue. He said he can have any attitude he wants being the owner of the place. Do you really want to enrich an owner who has no respect for his customers, especially the ones with different needs?
