A	Autumn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is THE place in Victoria to go if you're a fan of Fountain pens. The owner is beyond the simple ranks of knowledgeable. His ability to call on his internal catalogue is more akin to wizardly. The collection is outstanding, and very much makes you feel like you're at a personal Pen show. I can promise this is a place worth frequenting. If you're in the Market for fine pens.

I really needed a pen engraved and for whatever reason, this seems like the only place in or near downtown Victoria that has general engraving services. He’s basically the only game in town, knows it and acted like it when I balked first at the price (39$ for five characters), then later at the fact that I wouldn’t get a receipt while my pen was sent away (that’s right, he doesn’t even do the engraving himself). “It’s either that or you can go elsewhere...”, both of us knowing that “elsewhere” didn’t exist. This shop might have good merchandise, but I couldn’t tell through the thick cloud of arrogance and general unpleasantness exuded by the clerk/owner (?).

Pens from all over the world, high end clothing for men, watches, socks...you name it. If you want to find the perfect gift is the perfect place. The prices are fair for what you get. If you want quality you need to pay for it. Something that people in Victoria are not usually willing to do. For the special item for the special person or yourself I would recommend trying this store. The owner is friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Always an interesting and eclectic selection of products - many times there is nowhere else in the city or area. Today I was looking for a compact travel-ready beard brush in genuine boar's hair. Sure enough they had one that I was happy to buy, in addition to an assortment of beard grooming accessories. I have to give them 5 stars for that.

Jim, the owner of the store has served the community of Victoria with integrity, quality of care, and quality products for almost 50 years. Simply put his selection of products are not only worthy of his customers hard earned money but also provides his customers with a unique experience in treasuring quality product, quality care, and customer satisfaction. Through his hard work ethic and passion for providing quality product and care; Jim, for the last many years has gained a great reputation amongst his customer and a unique status; namely, Jim became a stand of measure for what it means to be a stand-up guy; gaining the trust, love and respect of his customers; simply put, Jim has become a reference and a standard of measure in keeping quality and service as a common dynamiter in doing business and creating longevity.
