★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been working with Eclipse 360's team of pros since 2019. They have been astounding when it comes to really flushing out what the consumer needs. Not afraid to ask questions of the ownership when they believe we are looking at the problem too closely. They have been willing to find alternative cost affective ways to get to the same solution.
When we we started our relationship we were intimated by their client list and how polished they were, what we came to know quickly is that their hearts are HUGE and they are committed to the success of their clients, no matter the size. One thing I appreciate the most about this group of people was the extreme ownership I saw the leadership example. When mistakes were made (and every company makes em) there was no blame shifting or shirking of responsibility it was, 'we screwed up here, how can we fix it." Mistakes happen... what differentiates good from great is how you deal with it and Eclipse was GREAT!
Bottom Line... if you are looking for a Marketing agency that is invested in your growth and success and has the bandwidth to get the job done, look no further!
