We were very pleased with the shuttle from the airport to downtown Victoria, however, we were mis-informed about the trip back from our hotel to the airport. 2 other passengers from different hotels were not aware either that the shuttle was picking us up to shuttle us back downtown at the other end of Douglas to disembark, luggage and all to wait for another shuttle. The reason we chose our hotel was because we were told that we could get a shuttle to the airport. We chose to go with YYJ for the convenience. When I booked over the phone, I was not told that I would be picked up at my hotel, dropped off again to wait for another shuttle. It would be helpful and courteous to let one know about this so we can make better plans. Thanks, Linda

My wife and coworkers flew into Victoria with a booked shuttle to get them to the city. The flight was delayed but they were at the shuttle before it departed. They were told they were too late and could get on the other shuttle which then pulled away without them. They were then told they’d have to wait 45 minutes for the next one and they don’t take responsibility for delayed flights. No one likes delayed flights and then to be treated like that doesn’t leave a warm use us again feeling!

Wed. May 1st..... Well, here I sit waiting for the next shuttle, because the driver decided to leave 10 mins early. (21:30 shuttle was nowhere in site when I went out at 21:20) However, they are graciously willing to put me on the next shuttle.......that's it. I had just arrived on a 21:00 flight and booked my ticket at the desk. When I went back inside to inquire, the clerk said he remembered me booking the ticket, but nothing could be done to recall the bus, as drivers will leave early if they feel it works. Took 5 mins to write review, now just 40 more minutes until the next shuttle.

Thank you to the driver today for waiting for me. I had booked the shuttle thinking I'd have ample time to get off the plane & make my way to the shuttle. The plane left late & I was at the back of the plane so last off. I ran through the airport & was 3 minutes late. The driver saw me, opened the door, took my bag & away we went. Thank you for waiting those 3 minutes. Highly recommend your service.

UPDATE: I contacted the corporate office as noted in the response below and they have satisfied my concerns, and refunded me. I am updating my review as I believe they've handled this well on a corporate level. Other times I used the shuttle were positive and I will try them again. :) .......................................................................................................................... Today I had a very negative experience after booking the YYJ shuttle for Victoria airport. Turns out I made a fatal mistake, I booked a shuttle for 4:25 am instead of 4:25 pm for my daughter and granddaughter to get to the airport today. Real easy to do it turns out if booking on your iPhone. It was a costly mistake. When the shuttle bus driver wizzed past us at 4:26 pm, I immediately called the customer service number. I held for 45 minutes, completely unacceptable when timing is crucial as it is when trying to make a flight. When I finally got through, I expressed my confusion to the rep I spoke with regarding the shuttle not stopping. She confirmed my daughters name and said she would order a cab for us to make certain my family could get to the airport for their flight. She put me on hold, came back to me and said the cab would be there in 3-5 minutes. It was at this point she realized I had booked a.m. and not p.m. it went pretty bad from there. She put me on hold again without much explanation and no options or alternatives. As it turns out the next shuttle would have been arriving shortly. It wasn’t offered as an option. She had just come back to me when the cab arrived. Apparently she had placed me on hold the second time to cancel the cab. She then told me if we took the cab it would be at our cost as it was my mistake. Oh well. Lesson learned. $70 for a cab and zero refund for a shuttle not taken. I have used the shuttle several times. I travel once or twice a month. When we needed a bit of understanding there was none. When we required assistance to solve our issue we were met with a cold response and no resolution. It’s interesting that initially and at first glance, the rep saw the same time I did when I was booking. This definitely says to me it should be clearer on their system. It’s unfortunate that the experience ended with a ton of stress and cost. I’ll seriously consider other options to get to the airport after my experience today.

They won't wait 3 minutes for your luggage to get to the carousel from the one delayed flight in the middle of the night, even though their desk is facing baggage pickup so they can clearly see where the missing booked passengers are. Then they tell you the next shuttle is in 40 minutes but their website clearly shows the last shuttle is an hour away at 12:45am. You ask for a refund and they tell you they can't process that on their computer you have to call the office but they won't give you any form of confirmation that the refund will be approved. Finally you end up in an incredibly expensive cab ride because this backwards city doesn't have Uber.

I arrived at my pick up spot at 3:55 AM, waited until 4:55 AM, the shuttle never showed up. There was nobody working the phone line. Almost missed my flight, and I ended up taking a taxi. I'll be sending them an invoice for the $25 plus the taxi fare.

Absolute dog water service. I had the 6:15-6:30 shuttle booked for Christmas Eve morning, I am then contacted by YYJ shuttle the day before telling me it is cancelled with no reasoning. I called them back to ask why and the only reason I was given was "because of covid". Yet every other shuttle time is still available, except mine. Safe to say I won't be using the shuttle ever again. Thanks for wasting my time.
