Protip to my fellow walk-ons: head to the cafeteria first before the car passengers get there, you skip the line completely. The employee at the terminal was very hospitable as well. Overall would ride again!

They really go above and beyond to assist and answer questions for travelers. The ferries are pleasant to be on and incredibly well maintained. The only thing, and I cannot stress this enough: Pack A Lunch. My expectations were on the floor and still I was disappointed. You know that local diner that you don't enjoy but it gives you the classics for an enticing $5.99? It's like that but at uppity downtown brunch prices you'd take a friend you're trying to impress. I myself would have impressed at the sheer magnitude of such revolting culinary failure had I not been so offended at the mix they dared to call Salsa. I've never been offended by food before- but here we are. Consisting of what I assume to be just vinegar, tomatoes, onion and (for some reason) basil- it was both confusing and deeply unpleasant. Coffee's alright though.
C	Carmen Whitford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All employees at Tsawwassen terminal are friendly. It was nice to be on one of the Ferries I had worked on 15yrs ago when it got refitted. She's been well maintained through out the passenger seating areas.

G	GRL Enterprise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic BC Government employees at their worst. Tried calling in to speak to someone but after 2 hours I hung up. Not one employee clearly has taken customer service training at the terminal either. If this outfit could be avoided I’d suggest it but sadly when you need to travel it’s a necessary evil. Web site booking isn’t overly intuitive or straightforward. Typical non-contact set up where they’re more than happy to take your money but provide minimal customer service ?
