T	Tom Jamorski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take a taxi instead...It's only $10 CAD to downtown from the Victoria cruise port, can be shared by 4 people, with no time constraints. The charge for this shuttle bus is $15 USD/PERSON (cash only), and the return trip stops running 1 hour before boarding. Not telling clients this detail is unreasonable.

That is a poorly trained or poorly performing staff. His name was Raphael. Incident occurred 7/27/2019 at approximately 10:45pm. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He pointed out his coworker, Graham. I asked Graham if he was Raphael’s supervisor. He reacted with astonishment and said ‘No I am not.’ Clearly Raphael was misleading me. I may have reversed their names. I would fire Raphael in a heartbeat.

My husband and I arrived at Victoria BC with a cruise and although we are both Canadians, it’s our first time being in Victoria. PNW shuttle bus was conveniently outside of the cruise terminal but they charge in USD $15 per person ( we are in Canada and has to pay in USD). At the point of sales there was zero communications that the last bus back to the terminal is one hour prior to the ship departure time ( or all aboard time). The only thing communicated to us was that the bus runs every 10-15 min. On the return route, the other couple and us were waiting at the pick up point for 15 min with no luck, then we had to share a yellow cab back so we won’t miss our cruise departure time. The most ridiculous thing is the cab is only $10 Canadian back to the ship terminal! How can the shuttle bus be more expensive than the yellow cab ? We complained to the personnel and was told that this is cash only non refundable service ! This is worse than shopping at china town! At least in China town everything is negotiable and partial refund is warranted if they want return business. Word of advise- do not use PNW transportation service! It’s the biggest scam. The worst feeling is that we are being scammed by Canadian, supposedly the most friendly and ethical nation.
G	Grace Jensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I booked a tour on our Alaskan Cruise and on of its ports of call was in Victoria Canada. We took the Butterfly and Butchart Gardens. PNWTS was the bus company that Princess used. Pete with the Yellow Sunglasses our driver was great and same with his tour helper Nina. I have to give kudos to both as my brother has had short term memory loss and both were concern as when my brother arrived he claimed that was alone at Butterfly Gardens. Since he was the first one in line, they accommodated him and my family. They were both relieved to find out that his caregiver told them he was not alone. I would like to thank them both for allowing my brother to sit next to Nina. They were both prompt, professional and made sure that we were all taken care off.
