The quality of food is good from one order point but small insize. People who come in group to enjoy the nature around enjoy beer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 30 minutes to get drip coffee and pre made sandwiches. The nice young woman that took our order was trying to deal with a Sunday rush. When we got the sandwiches we were disappointed by the size for cost so we asked for a refund. The manager that came over blamed us for not being patient enough m, then took her time getting our refund. The atmosphere of the place seems great. But left incredibly frustrated. I hope that young lady gets some training and help from her fellow team members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food, great staff, the only thing I didn't like was the breakfast bowl was very sweet I did not expect it. The sunflower seeds are coated in a sweet coating. Be aware if you are on keto to not eat them wish it was more savory. Another note the coffee was good and very strong ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently moved to Victoria, and have visited a ton of restaurants the city has to offer. This place is by and far my favourite place visit for a night out, or just stop in for a drink. Great food, great staff, and an amazing view. This restaurant is amazingly well managed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woke up decided to come to the Breakwater for breakfast. What a genius idea. My Avocado Toast, scrumptious, my latte, served the way I like it, Euro style, and came with a heart. Music is great, I felt as if I was in one of those restaurants you see in tv. The young serveur was nice, attentive, came few times to check on me. I love this place. I suggest everyone to come here for breakfast. No greasy food here.
The ambiance just great!!! Okay, now heading out to work!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food!! Friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere and vibe and of course a fabulous view. I wish they had more menu items and seating; it's a little pricey but that doesn't stop me from going back. Fish and chips are to die for and seafood chowder is also delicious. The cocktails are really good too. Highly recommend!
