★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic experience! Everyone from security at the Legislature to the people who check you in are absolutely wonderful. Such a lovely dining room with delightful ambience. The food is just delicious and reasonably priced. We had the turkey/cranberry sandwich, and the smoked Montreal beef sandwich. Both were super tasty, but the Montreal beef was an explosion of flavour and done to perfection. We shared a couple of desserts which were also amazing. Our server was so sweet and very accommodating. From what we could tell, all of the wait staff were really friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was so surprisingly good and well priced. My food portion was huge and so tasty. The dining room and pathway to it have a very rustic feel - you can feel the history here. I would definitely dine here again when in town!

Recommend you call to make a reservation. Can check their website for daily/weekly specials, I enjoyed the Citrus Salmon on risotto.
Entrance to the right of the main Parliament front steps. Walk-ins accepted but reservations will have priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great first lunch experience here! The shrimp bisque was delicious! The ceasar salad was one of the best, especially with the added shrimp (so many!!). Highly recommend coming here for a unique dining experience in a beautiful building downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent breakfast dining experience. Came in early on a Wednesday and the place was practically empty so I was able to get in without reservation.
The place is fairly formal setting as you would expect from a commonwealth parliament restaurant to be like. The servers are very warm and friendly and had fun conversations with the regulars.
The food was okay. Had a hash. the main meal was a bit dry but this was one of the few dishes without soggy mushrooms. The eggs on top were good.
The biggest surprise was the price. The prices mentioned are lower than most comparable restaurants and apparently include taxes or there are like no taxes.
End of the day, it's a good meal at a fantastic price and a regal touch. Get a taste of high government life for a meal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really had an amazing experience here. Food is great at amazingly low prices. From entrance to exit all are super organized, really appreciate. Would love to come again. I visited for breakfast and lunch as well on different days, it was fun !! Never expected food to be that good.
