A	Ashley Dyson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a superb location for visitors with a friendly and helpful staff. The Gold floors are worth the extra if you find a deal online. The indoor and outdoor lounges, food and drinks and concierge service are relaxed and well thought through. The hotel bar and shops are also well worth visiting. An excellent base for a trip to Victoria!

The bed was extremely comfortable and I had the best night's sleep. The staff were welcoming and Winston is the No 1 employee of all time. I highly recommend.

If you can, definitely book the Gold lounge experience, the staff, the views, and the food are the best! Crystal W was very helpful and James and Kate at the Gold Lounge Reception were incredible hosts! We can’t wait to return!!

The staff are very polite and friendly and everyone greeted me with a smile. The bedding and pillows were very soft and luxurious. Very close location to the old spaghetti factory so you can get all the $7 frozen margaritas you want and safely walk back to your room. Overall enjoyed my stay and would return if I ever find myself spending the night in Victoria again.

There are many great restaurants surrounding this hotel so make sure to go out and try those. Parliament is also one block away. That aside, definitely go to the hotel bar and try the purple gin drinks! That was a great find. I truly enjoyed them.

I was impressed with how kind they all were and how much they tried to put anyone that entered the doors at ease. Great central location, great affordable parking, various tours leave from in front of the building as well as a short walk away (across the street). Beautiful architecture.

Due to the weather and the pandemic, the hotel was very quiet, but the service provided by all staff we encountered was phenomenal. In particular, we had such great service by a waiter who served us both for Tea in the afternoon, then the following evening at the Q Bar. He was so friendly, personable, and was a memorable part of our stay. We were celebrating a special birthday for our daughter and the hotel made the experience wonderful. We look forward to returning again another time - especially to say hello again to Winston, the lobby pet!
B	Bruce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High Tea and we're really lucky to have found a reservation with no notice. Only had to wait for 45 minutes to give us time to enjoy the very nice shops with quality. Limited amount of stores but nice. Historical sun room or solarium with seating for enjoying the indoor sun. Beautiful dark woods and the time when royally visitors come to town. Excellent and highly recommend. Everyone should do this once in a lifetime. Bucket list!
