Many realtors might be able to say they've lived in Victoria all their lives (and really know it well) but I have yet to meet one who is this helpful, honest and hard working. One of Ariana's true joys in life is to bring others real joy in their search for a new home. This requires an attention that can only come from genuine interest. Many people work in real estate as a job - for Arian it is a calling!! The search for a home can be fraught with all kinds of surpises and challenges, as well as a lot of excitement. Ariana will guide you through all this and really help you develop your own vision for a new home.

I was very appreciative of her calm, friendly and professional demeanor, as I had many questions and felt slightly overwhelmed at times with what was a totally new process to me. In the end, I found a place that was very well suited to my needs and budget, and would recommend Ariana to anyone out there looking for a Realtor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ariana Cisotto has been such a joy to work with. In this crazy market right now, we've viewed multiple homes and Ariana has been so patient and kind. We haven't found the right place yet, but she is very much along for the ride. She is incredibly helpful and really taking in to account everything we're looking for as well as our constraints.
She's very knowledgeable and gets you a showing or an answer right away. She is very confident, which I appreciate, as she is representing me to the seller's agent.
You know how people worry about their realtor pushing you to purchase higher than you can? Not with Ariana, she is very careful to point you in the direction of getting pre-approved and then is very, very good about staying within your budget. It feels like she is part of your team in the purchasing journey and I really appreciate it.

Ariana was patient, kind, professional and respectful throughout the entire process. She offered advice and guidance which considerably reduced my stress in today’s fast-paced market. At the time we were thinking about buying but hadn't made any solid moves as the process of selling the condo seemed daunting. Upon chatting with her it was clear it would be great to work with her and thus started our pandemic home buying odyssey!
Ariana was always available for questions and made everything easy. She is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. We were lucky to run into her. She helped us buy our new house and sell my condo and her expert guidance was much appreciated through the process. She was always there to calm me down when things got hectic! Would definitely recommend her!
