They took their time to ensure that we understood everything, helped us make financially sound decisions, and were super knowledgeable about the area, finances, and homes. In this hot market of buying and selling being really well rounded with knowledge in a tone of areas is super important and Thomas and Courtney had it in spades. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thomas Kala and his team are simply the best. His modern, savvy marketing strategy paid off and his attention to detail was incredible. He made buying and selling quick and easy. So he’s a great realtor but more importantly he’s also a kind man who is generous with his time, knowledge and experience. I trusted him implicitly, and I seldom say that about anyone. He gave advice and was great at listening to what we wanted, and also responded with care and empathy. I only wish we had engaged his services much sooner in our house hunt. So give him a try. You’ll not regret it.

I was not planning to purchase for 18-24 months, but the right property came along and after reassurance from Thomas and some family members, I bought it based on photos and a virtual walk-through. I took possession 3 weeks later and when I saw the property in person, I wasn't disappointed.
Thomas was very helpful in sharing his network of contacts for trades, rental/property management companies and others, as I am new to the Victoria area. He was even able to refer potential tenants to me.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a professional, dependable realtor. He was able to successfully negotiate on my behalf and I couldn't be happier with the property and the price!

As out of town buyers we relied on Thomas heavily for advice on areas and purchase price given the crazy market we were buying in. Thomas was always on the mark with house values and his negotiation skills were second to none. Even after our purchase Thomas has remained in contact and assisted us with trades for our reno.
