★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus service was great, on time and the driver was very friendly. I wish the person who has answered the phone was more helpful. Generally people calling here to book a bus haven’t hiked the west coast trail or Juan de fuca before so when they ask for information it would be helpful if you were more accommodating to that. The website is quite clear I just wish the person who answered the phone was willing to be more helpful rather than giving answers like “yes” and “no”. Anyways thanks for the service if I were to do the west coast trail again I would park at port renfrew and take the bus from there to pachena bay that way you have your car at the end of the trail when you are finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bus service ever, the driver Ed was a great driver for the rough roads on the west coast. He was patient with any questions and concerns. I had left the bus in a rush and left my phone on the seat, they found it but had driven it up to Gordon River and it was not with them when they came to pick us up. However coordinating with Michael the owner, Ed and another driver Jeff, they looked after my phone the next day from Gordon River to Victoria. They returned my phone to me the next day in Victoria at no extra cost, as it would have been impossible for me to pick it up in Gordon River without a car. I can't thank them enough for their kindness. I will definitely go with them again, and would highly recommend.
