β β β β β I bought Mannington vinyl floor from this store in July. This store's price was a little bit higher than other stores, but I was promised to get it sooner while other stores didn't make such a promise. It was delivered later than promised, it was delivered to the wrong address and it was defective. It had dark stains and lines in several places. I tried to clean it but the stains won't go away. I took photos and sent them to the store. Then they said the factory needs more photos. I took more photos and sent. Since I have a deadline for the renovation and my worker could not wait for another week for me to re order it, I asked the store if they can give me a discount and my worker can try to avoid the bad part of the sheet since I ordered more than I need. The store said I have to wait until the factory response. It has been 2 months, no one has got back to me. Nothing. I paid End of The Roll for a good quality product and I don't understand why I have to deal with the factory. Very disappointing! Both Mannington and End of The Roll are not trustworthy businesses.

We couldnβt believe how quickly we were able to get it installed, literally within the week. The installers were super nice as well. Very efficient and they did a fabulous job. Thanks End Of Roll!!

β β β β β I had End of the Roll redo my kitchen, Laundry room and Pantry floors with vinyl planking.
James Russell the salesman that was looking after my project was absolutely excellent. He is very professional, knowledgeable and really looks after his customers needs I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants a professional and knowable flooring salesperson.
I would also like to comment on the excellent job the installer did. I can only say it was wonderful to deal with a person ( Jeremy the installer) who is very passionate about his quality of work. The installation he did was excellent..
If you are a detailed person and want an excellent installer, I would highly recommend him.

β β β β β I would like to thank Santiago at this store for his help finding and expediting the preparation of several runners needed to keep our aging dogs from sliding on the hardwood floors of our home. By dividing a larger carpet we were able to get multiple lengthy runners of good quality at a very reasonable price. The store was able to prepare them within several hours! Great value and great service! Highly recommend Santiago and End-of-the-Roll.
