β β β β β I literally never write bad reviews, but I am so annoyed. I went in to get duplicates of three different keys, and every single one of them was cut wrong. One (car key) I was able to test while there and get it recut immediately. The others I had to go home and test, then drive back to the store to get recut. I asked for a partial refund and the guy told me there was βno wayβ to do that. 0/10 would not recommend.

β β β β β 2.5 stars... which is why me and the company I work for never do business with them anymore unless there is no choice. We prefer Lock Dr, they help us out the best they can without overcharging... Price's only cares about money... so even though they didn't have the part for me and they have to order it in and get their 20% markup, I might as well order the part myself from the same American company and save myself $20!
