Their employees were courteous and efficient and worked tirelessly for two days to get my office building sparkly clean. I would not hesitate to refer them to anybody needing their services!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service & great customer service! This company is professional and very detailed on the work done at a great price. They are knowledgable and really took the time to review the work needed to be done and what has been done! They send you photos on before and after and all I can say, they do fantastic work! They clean out the gutters, did maintenance on them where needed, inspected the roof and gave an accurate fair inspection. Now going forward we have set up a yearly clean and maintenance so we have peace of mind now! I highly recommend Brilliant Brothers Services.

2) Clear communication around booking availability, times, and services
3) Friendly people. From whomever took my emails, to the guys who came to clean the gutters, everyone was authentically friendly.
4) High quality job. Professionally done, perfectly clean. They even gave me Before & After photos for each gutter.
5) Gutter guard traps were a great addition that no one has ever offered before (lived here for 23 years!).
6) Existing client pre-booking and seasonal scheduling options are *wonderful* and save me a lot of hassle and time.
Great company, 5/5 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant Brothers cleaned out gutters and treated the moss on our roof.
Julian was wonderful - he introduced himself when he came; talked me through the work he’d be doing, and updated me throughout the day.
The office was fantastic - they emailed me back promptly and answered all my questions thoroughly. My neighbor saw them at work and was so impressed she asked for their contact info as well.
When it came time to pay my invoice, I noticed there was a winter discount advertised on their site. I asked them about it and they very kindly gave me the discount even though I had booked the job before the discount was available. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our only recommendation for you if you choose to use Brilliant Brothers, is to make sure you have some serious cash on hand for a generous well deserved tip! They were awesome from start to finish. They accommodated a tight timeline request to align with our renovation repair, their communications was clear and responsive, the crew (Julian) doing the work did an amazing job completing the work well beyond our expectations. Our home and yard was left spotless after a very large mucky job. We wouldn’t think about using anyone else for future work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased with the service I received from Brilliant Brothers. They called to let me know they were on the way, they stood well back from the door (for Covid distancing), and they were very quick and efficient. There was stubborn residue on the the deck flashing and they cleaned that off as well as the glass fencing on the deck when they did the windows. All of the leaves from the gutters were cleaned up so that the front of my house looks great now! I definitely recommend them and will use their services again.
