★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sal was our technician, he was bang on time, we were greeted with a huge smile, he explained the procedure and went about his business, he managed to get out some challenging stains with ease, there was absolutely no pressure on any extra treatments, our carpets look and smell great, what a Pro! What a company!

His work was thorough and done with great care for our belongings. I am thankful for his businesslike attitude but also for the kindness that he has shown us over the years.
