B	Benjamin Stevens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a thoroughly disappointing experience with DK Motors. They lied; they lost us as customers; and they didn't care. The Toyota Matrix we checked out was new to the lot and still needed some work. We were reassured over and over again by Rohit that they would pay for an inspection, pay for any necessary repairs, give the car a full cleaning, and replace the cracked windshield. I asked for confirmation on that. We were told if the repairs were too costly or if the car was unsafe, DK Motors wouldn't sell the car. Amazing! Convinced, we agreed and made a deal. When the car was ready a week and a half later, we came in to make the purchase. We were informed that the price had gone up hundreds of dollars. Take it or leave it. There was no apology nor understanding. We were a little upset and the manager's response was, "don't get hyper." That is not a joke. That is what the guy said. There are so many more aggravating details, but I don't want to write a novel. Skip this place if you're looking for an honest dealership. What a disappoinment. What a waste of time. It was a humiliating and frustrating experience.

After I experienced problems with my truck, which is bound to happen with used trucks, they set me up with excellent mechanics. Unable to fix my problem he refused payment. Went on to the next mechanic who found it to be a loose cable and the transmission was fine ALSO refused payment, since in their estimation they did not fix anything. Just tightened the cables. Something I've never experienced before in the realm of car mechanics. Dealt with a lot of dealers in the best, and in my humble opinion, because of their after sales support stand head and shoulders above the rest. Thank you Rohit ?

Even down to the small details. There were a few small parts that were missing and ordered at the time of sale. As soon as they were in they called. I appreciated this immensely. You all worked so well as a team and never made me feel pressured in any way. I had our two year old with me during the whole process and everyone at DK motors stepped in to entertain and watch her when needed. Thank you, We all love our new car!

Not only did he land me an AMAZING vehicle at an AMAZING price, he was approachable, lighthearted, knowledgeable and most notably, not pushy in the slightest. There was a small wiring issue with the 12V power outlet and they got my vehicle in their body shop and fixed the next morning in a matter of hours, and I didn’t have to spend a dime. He made buying my first car from a dealership easy and I couldn’t recommend Alan or DK motors enough. The entire staff and management were lovely and overall great to deal with. I would definitely return for any future auto needs and I want to thank the entire team at DK Motors for their honesty, kindness, and professionalism. 5 stars!
