All staff were extremely courteous, professional and fully informed on their products. It was a real pleasure to deal with all of them. No pressure or haggling on the deal. We will be back again for our next vehicle!

Since it was a safety issue, Rick booked my appointment for a much earlier than expected date. The repair took about an hour and Lexus paid for the cab both ways. They charged me a grand total of nothing and even washed my car inside and out (it was very dirty when I brought it in due to recent rain). Huge thanks to Corina as well for taking a look at my warranty details. 100% coming back here for future services and parts purchases.

I bought 2019 Toyota corolla last year and 3 weeks ago I upgraded to SUV Audi Q5 . Lerenzo was my product advisor and he did the absolute best. He went above and beyond to get me a great deal. The entire team was awesome, and the dealership was so friendly and welcoming. I am very impressed by Lorenzo's professionalism, friendliness and great communication. We contacted the dealership and Franklin offered to spend some time with us because our original sales advisor had since left the firm. Franklin was terrific and went well out of his way to answer our questions and provide a very helpful orientation to the vehicle. Franklin was a great ambassador for Lexus Victoria and we could not recommend him highly enough -- definitely "5-star service!"
