I had been shopping for a car for the last 4 months and dealt with many different dealerships. Rome was the first one to shoot straight with me and actually acknowledge the fact that I was a person. We came to a solid understanding on the purchase and I can confidently say I left more than happy. They were diligent in making sure I understood everything about my purchase (first major car purchase that I have made) and went over everything in detail. All of that and I haven't even talked about the car (which is tremendous by the way)! Overall Infiniti of Campus provided me a great experience and I couldn't be happier.

Rome was great to deal with, no need to haggle, he got me a great deal up front. The car was full of fuel on delivery, which was unexpected. He came in on his day off with his family to make sure I was taken care of. I'll be doing all my maintenance at Campus, and my next vehicle will be from Campus as well.

I had initially had a bad experience but was pleasantly surprised when infiniti/nissan reimbursed me for some work that was unfairly priced in my opinion, and covered the cost on another repair that I didn't agree with. I admire the integrity you've shown. I left 1 star out due to having to go through this in the first place, but the outcome was a 5 star response.
