Initially, I was just inquiring about their leasing options, as I am from Nanaimo. I asked Leonardo several questions about a RDX, and he was able to answer them quickly and effortlessly. Although I was taking my time deciding on leasing the vehicle, I never once felt pressured from Leonardo. We made the drive down to Victoria to pick up the vehicle and was greeted by Leonardo and others. After all the paperwork was completed, Leonardo showed us around the new vehicle, guided me through a quick set up, and answered any questions I had. Even after my purchase, Leonardo made an effort to ensure I was satisfied with my new vehicle, and once again asked if I had any new questions (which I did) and was able to answer them for me.

Bought the vehicle over the phone, basically sight unseen which is always a bit frightening. Eddie assured me I would not be unhappy with the vehicle and he was correct. Flew in, Eddie graciously picked me up at the airport, he had all the paperwork ready to go and from the time I landed at the airport till I was driving off the lot was less then one hour. I was treated like their biggest customer through the whole process. I would totally recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thanks Eddie and staff.

Eddie was so nice and honest , he knows what he is doing. Also, Nick, the financial guy, is very fast and helpful. In the future, if I want a brand new Honda/Acura, I will definitely return to them! I went in last week with my dad while he was getting his ILX serviced. I was looking around the Dealership and ended up buying an Acura RDX and couldn't be happier. The whole team there is super friendly. Eddie Lee is fantastic! He took the time to show me several car and suv models, explain all the features, and answer all my questions. He's knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and has a great sense of humour. Gord Neave helped me through the deal signing process and made it easy for a first time buyer. James Clark at the service department is great too. He'll always make sure your car is in top shape and keeps my family's Acura's in top condition. The whole Acura team is amazing. The best car buying experience I could ask for. I highly recommend it. When you walk in, just ask for Eddie and he'll take care of you!

He was open and honest in his advice and made the car shopping and buying experience a pleasure. Nick handled the sale and paperwork in an open and friendly manner while remaining professional. We found everyone very approachable and knowledgeable including the service team, who shared some insights on the model we purchased. We contacted the service department a couple of days after purchase regarding a tire repair due to a piece of road debris and were impressed with the drop off and pick up process at service. Overall I would highly recommend the dealership.
