★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this company for both our cars for years and had many good experiences. Most recently however I had all weather tires ordered and installed and there were several things that happened to make this experience frustrating. Particularly, that I was told the service would take 1.5 hours and ended up taking nearly double that. This was significant for me because I had my 4 month old baby with me and would have planned differently for such a difference in time. I then wrote an email to express my experience and frustration and haven't heard back in over a month. I won't likely choose to return.

They never try to upsell me, always tell me exactly what they are doing and get my approval before they do it. They always get the job done in a timely manner - even major repair jobs are done within a few hours. They were recommended to me by a friend and I have since recommended them to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest. Did my out of province inspection with them. These can be quite hit and miss as mechanics try to charge you for unnecessary things before you can pass. They found a couple of things wrong, let me take my car away, fixed them myself, brought it back and got a pass. No extra charges. They may not be the cheapest but it's always better to have an honest mechanic vs a cheap one. I would bring my car back to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t express enough how much gratitude I have for this place. I have had problem after problem with my ‘04 Santa Fe and I have dealt with a few mechanics that were either lazy and did half the work or incredibly rude to me (or both!)
I have had this certain problem with my car since July, but I was so scared to have to find another auto shop I just ignored it. This place was recommended by 2 friends and now I know why. Derek was incredibly kind to me from the start, he made sure he listened to all my concerns and addressed them individually, even making sure that once the main concern was fixed he did another test drive to put my mind at ease. He remained extremely professional the entire time and even showed me the faulty part. I felt like the price I paid for the fix was very reasonable, but I am more deeply thrilled about my overall experience and the care and consideration he took to make sure I was happy leaving the shop. I know it’s 2021, but as a female I still feel like some shops take us for a ride…. I definitely didn’t feel this way, I wasn’t made out to feel dumb or anything along those lines. Took my car for a test drive and for the first time in months I haven’t been scared to drive it! I can’t thank you enough!!! Incredible service :)
