My partner Karen and I shared a most enjoyable experience purchasing an Alfa Stelvio from a wonderful young man named Alex, who is new to the GAIN family. His passion for the Alfa/Maserati brand was evident from his in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm shown during our introduction to the Stelvio and his pride in the dealership. Pietro with his vibrant Italian flare and incredible passion for driving shared his driving experiences and devotion to the marque, which is inspiring when purchasing a fine Italian motor. We were taken aback by the bow and personalized greeting on the Stelvio when we arrived today. When you buy an Alfa, you’re getting a piece of automotive history and it’s a special time. The staff at Alfa Romeo/Maserati of Victoria personify the passion that is Alfa Romeo. Thank you to Barry and his outstanding team for a great experience.

Whole experience was easy from start to finish. The staff here work hard for their customers, and they found me the perfect vehicle for my budget and needs. We have been shopping for a new SUV and have been to Toyota, Lexus and Acura. I didn’t know the Maserati dealership sold used cars, but we went in and test drove an Audi Q5 and was happy with the service we received from the salesperson and also Service Manager. They both seem very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. We liked that we didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase. We will definitely be back.

We purchased a vehicle there two months ago and could not be happier. Nik, Brandon and Barrie were all great to deal with and were very honest and have stood behind their product. It has been great to work with them. They are reasonable and have went the extra mile to make things great for us. It would be hard for me us to ever go anywhere else. Without a doubt, I give five stars for Maserati of Victoria. My experience in purchasing a car from this lot was exceptional. I worked with Alex in sales and Rex in financing. I was extremely impressed with both, Alex and Rex. They were friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions. Alex the sales representative was diligent and very responsive to all of my needs. Rex the finance manager was lovely too. Moreover, he was able to secure me a great interest rate. At no time did I feel that either men were trying to sell me on anything. In fact, they were both upfront and honest. Both of them made the entire experience easy. I had spent the previous two weeks working with another local car lot and got nowhere! What I was quite simple and should never have taken that long. Well, Alex and Rex agreed. I talked to Rex on the phone and let him no what I was looking for and one hour later Alex picked me up from my home. One and a half hours after Alex had picked me up, I was the proud owner of the car that I wanted. In hindsight, I wish I had contacted them first, but to be honest I never thought that such a high-end car lot would have affordable prices. In short, going to Maserati of Victoria was an excellent decision - it was quick and stress-free. Working with Alex and Rex was an absolute pleasure. I never felt pressured to make a decision. They both displayed the utmost of professional. I highly recommend Maserati of Victoria as the staff go above and beyond to make everything go smoothly , plus they have affordable prices.

My daughter (age 19), purchased her very first vehicle @ Maserati Victoria in November 2020. We wanted to leave a review about this dealership and our customer service. Even though I went halfers with her on this purchase, I knew how hard she worked to save her money. As a mom, I wanted her first car purchase to be a stellar experience and that is exactly what happened ♡. From the moment we were greeted, we instantly enjoyed the bright, clean space and calming environment. It sure helped having some fresh Nespresso coffee too. Shout out to Mark who originally offered us a lovely non pressured opportunity to test drive the car and simply have quality time to sit down and chat, the ol' fashioned way! Next, Pietro.... now this fella was fun to work with.. his energetic enthusiastic "go get it done" attitude strongly prevailed. He worked hard for us, despite how challenging the car purchase experience can be from a sales aspect, and a 19 year old first time car purchaser "dragon baby" of mine..lol. She conducted herself amazing through it all and at the end, we felt like we were in our own Grand Prix race, and won!!! All in all, I'm a very proud momma. I think we gave Pietro many a challenge, but it all resulted in the purchase of a stunning car. Our sincere thanks to Barry for finalizing it all.... Lastly, none of this would have transpired if it weren't for the kind, caring, understanding Brendan (the financial service manager). He was not only professional, but hard working and so enjoyable to deal with. He found the missing link to our puzzle and we cannot thank him enough. Don't ever change Brendan! You are outstanding. I was searching for a new car and I came across this dealership. The whole team were so welcoming, made buying a car not stressful at all. If you’re looking to buy a car go here trust me you will not be disappointed.

Serendipitously, I caught a glance online of a sleek sexy YET cheerful convertible, she tickled my fancy. A spontaneous visit to Maserati of Victoria, became a welcome greeting via the Gain Group. Cheerfully greeted, we were promptly introduced to Mark. Mark, delightfully unpretentious and authentically engaging understood my curiosity and attraction to Bianca. With no pressure he asked what I would like to do. My first thought was just to sit in her to see if I found her petit size comfortable. I did... those soft leather seats, were toasty and hugged me cosily. Mark gave me the reins to decide what next. A drive was in order, the sun was shining, the roof came down, and the rest is history. Valentine's Day, I fell in love with Bianca, Fiat 124 Spider Lusso. Fun, safe and sporty. She handles like a dream. She is cheerful with a dash of sparkle in her paint. Thanks to her pervious owner, she took great care of her. Thanks to Mark for making the day so fun and easy. Thanks to Rex for sorting the papers and the darling insurance agent for having a cool set of plates to choose. It is a longer process, but we had a lovely lunch break. Bianca had a tire shine and a meal... I appreciate the respect shown to my previous car, she was older but is great shape and that acknowledgment was appreciated. After the papers were signed and keys changed hands, I sat with a lovely gentleman. He patiently and thoroughly reviewed all Bianca's buttons. What a fabulous safety service. Then with a full tank of gas, and cheery wave... we drove off into the sunset ready for adventure. Many thanks to the classy warm service of this group...
