Sucks they can’t instaall there but the guy working offered to take it on bus over after close.I guess he has epilepsy but is taking bus for deliveries. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not find parts for my printer anywhere. I searched google for the part number CN598-67004 and these guys came up. It was really hard because there is no image with the product. I accidently ordered the wrong part. I called when it arrived and they explained that for original HP parts they cannot return it if it is opened. If it was unopened they would be charged a 15% restocking fee but would have absorbed the cost. They decided to let me return the part out of their pocket and I ordered the right part. Smart move... we have many printers we need to service and I think we will buy all of our parts from these guys now. They are really knowledgeable and friendly and they seem to have a large network of parts. I couldn’t find these things anywhere. The gentleman who decided to return the part told me to write a review if I was happy, and here I am. Good service goes a long way

As soon as I changed the ink over to the refills the printer stopped printing correctly. Trouble free until using refills.
Do not buy refills for Epson WF printers you'll be sorry fast.
Maintenance did not work.
Now I'm off to buy new printer YAY! Just what I wanted.

I called and asked politely if I could return it as I had found a better deal for ink, the Cartridge bag hadn’t even been opened and he said he wouldn’t.
Do it for cheaper and treat your customers nicer if you want more business bud!
