G	Gursimar Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived 30 minutes before closing at the Arthur Street location, but they still served me, even though the work took 20 minutes extra after closing time. But I really liked and appreciated the fast, efficient, detailed and professional service that I received. Special Kudos to the associate (I am sorry I can't recall your name at this moment) who was serving me for helping me save money on my new tire. He showed me a cheaper option well in time and I went with it. Thank You very much for helping with the burst tire, and getting the spare back to where it belongs (the trunk).

They should have bit more experienced people working there and also (I don't want to sound racist or put down new comers to Canada as I was one once) but learn to speak the language!!! Anyways,went there they bunch in your vehicle Vin number...boy freaks out because computer does not show any oil filters for my vehicle (07 Gmc Yukon) then tells me my suv is 2 wd (it's 4x4)and argues with me to the point where he went under my suv to check it??? Then tells my I must be having very hard time starting my vehicle because my battery is dead according to them....it was -30c when I went there,it's been starting just fine even in -40c weather,had the battery checked else where after and its just fine...

They could not find our car in their system even though we are repeat ML customers.The tech asked us what oil we wanted as if full synthetic had choices, another was trying to remove a bolt at the rear of our car by bashing it with a wrench, the oil change took 35 minutes not 10. When we left the cars rear end was shaking and vibrating. I called Dave the manager and he 'mansplained' to me how snow and ice was likely jammed in the wheel wells because that can happen in the winter. Gee, thanks for setting me straight. Will not return to this location ever.

B	Bill Letwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got to town driving from Sault St Marie at 4:30 pm and punctured my tire on my trailer going over a curb I walked over to Mr. lube and asked if anyone could help me as I didn’t have any tools, the owner dropped everything came over with a jack and all his tools and a torque wrench and within 20 minutes it was changed. Awesome , super staff , very friendly went out of their way to help someone in need , really appreciate them. You don’t hear stories like this very often thanks Mr. lube on Arthur , Cory you and your guys are great . Bill Letwin
