★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vehicle was running very well before i arrived, when "service" was completed, paid bill. Nothing was accomplished and then they could not restart vehicle. Instead, came out with another problem (power steering problem) and a couple of hundred dollars down. The kid, owner I think, says he touched nothing with hydraulics, my power steering is electrical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in for a safty check got my list and completed it. They wont stand by their list and during rechecks they will continue to find new stuff wrong. Scammer alert . worst place in town. Rip off alert.. They dont stand by their work or safty lists. Ripping people off during a pandemic.

I had a transmission filter that is external serviceable that I brought into them, that Gore motors refuse to do, that Mr lube on Arthur Street said they could not do because it was not serviceable, and I took it to these guys and I explained it to them and they did the job and they proved every other place that I was at wrong. So the moral to this story is you go to a company that listens to their customers understands their needs response to their needs and gives them honest fair treatment at a fair price. This company now has won me over for every automotive need that they can provide I will take to them. A note to the other companies this is called customer service and understanding your customers needs and wants. Thank you guys and I'm your new lifetime customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not happy with the service provided by this shop. While in Thunder Bay on holiday this September, my rental suv had a flat tire. This shop was recommended by the rental agency, to have the tire serviced. When I returned to pick up the suv the service tech told me the tire had 10 holes in it and was scrap. I did not have road side insurance, so I would be paying for the tire. I ask to see the holes. The tech pointed at a chain of bubbles and said there. I said I wasn’t paying for a new tire, he said I’ll fill it up good and you can drive between air fills. As he was taking it off the tire machine, I saw an actively bubbling hole in the tread. I asked that he fix the hole to slow the leak down. He agreed. Two pin penetrations were found and repaired. I finished the remaining 10 days of my holiday, without requiring an air fill. Therefore, the tech made a false statement about the severity of the damage, as fixing two holes solved the problem. This damages the reputation of tire techs across Canada, and also damages the reputation of Pennzoil.
