★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So today was another fail for vw. First had to fight and wait forever for them too warranty work on my car . Ok so after that, the rust work they did failed . Ok I can get past that . Then my battery died in the car so I replaced it . The radio does not work . So I called as per the manual too attain the code so I can get my stereo working . So the service manager tells me I have to pay for it . Even though it says I can call them too attain it . What a joke I gave them all the information needed . So this place will sell you a car but do not expect any quality of service from them. after 25 years of buying Volkswagens I will never buy one again thanks downtown Volkswagen

...gotta say...the service has been excellent the entire time I have been a VW driver (since I got my first car at 20!). To the point where I even drove back from Yellowknife (over a 5 year span!) to have my car serviced by Bert's crew.

Buying a vehicle is usually sometimes kinda stressful.
But not dealing at this dealer ship, they took care of all my needs and answered all my questions!
I’ve never been to a dealer ship where the owner himself would like to meet someone for buying a brand new vehicle from them!

Super professional, no pressure sale. 24 hours after her test drive she was all set. Flowers and a gift card for dinner, really made her feel they go above and beyond. From the test drive, to getting a great deal, to the delivery experience from not only our sales rep (Frank) but to the meet and greet of the dealer GM and dealer Principal as I left was amazing. Not to mention the flowers for my wife, and the gift card. 3 weeks in, all I can say is VW is WOW! Thanks.
