★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, they sent me the wrong size u bolts for my truck so i had to order a size up then when i went to return them the owner flipped out on me and started swearing at me and telling me it was my fault. Made me really upset.. i will never deal with these poeple again and i will let eveyone know about my experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people to deal with, rude, unprofessional I had to wait until she finished txting, a gentleman with hat came up yelling loud to someone ... the most expensive shop in Thunder Bay and maybe northern Ontario , his pricing on springs and U bolts compare to his competitor on Fort William rd was double , on top of that few months ago my sister was there he charged $420 for a wheel bearing only not including labor, I called today with other shops and cost was $219.50 for the same wheel bearing moog brand, maybe he has different prices for First Nations I guess . Will definitely never go there again neither will my family. Meegwetch

Had an appointment booked days in advance. Went there and was told “not today” as I watched him flip through MY form in the binder. Went back to my page and he proceeded to tell me that he didn’t have time. A CALL would of been NICE considering I drove in from out of town for the appointment. Just brutal bud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business is run by crooks with zero customer service skills. They gave me the wrong parts after months of waiting and wont take them back. They tried to put the blame on me but every part of the order was wrong and they wouldn't do a thing to make it right. To top it off they charged me double the quoted price. I will NEVER deal with this place again!!!
