★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The adjustment was perfect for me in first weeks, but after ~10 visit my body start reacting to the adjustment and I had severe pain in my spines for almost 2 months, I even could not breath easily, and whatever doctor was trying to do make me feel worst, and despite doctor opinion, I cut the treatments and after a while I am better now.
In my opinion there is nothing wrong with this place, but generally, before visiting any chiropractor consult with your family doctor and find out if it is suitable for you or not.
The Doctor and staffs are super friendly,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suffered from chronic headaches and nasal congestion for years and then a friend recommended Dr. Cranton and the wellness centre. For someone who was a skeptic about chiropractic adjustments I am a believer now!!! The ladies in the office are amazing - they take the time with you and are always giving a positive welcome- they don’t make me feel like a client but rather a friend coming in for a visit. Dr. Cranton is a physician that you never feel rushed with- he takes his time with you and addresses any concerns you have while providing effective treatment. After my first few adjustments I experienced a day where I had no nasal congestion and or headaches. Dr. Cranton is helping my body heal and get to better place/balance. I can’t thank them enough and I will recommend Thunder Bay Wellness to anyone who will listen! Two thumbs up ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 Experience. The staff are so welcoming, it makes you feel right at home. After seeing Dr. Alan I will never go to other chiropractor again. My last chiropractor would take 5 mins to do an adjustment and tell me to come back when it was sore again, there was no treatment plan and there was no improvement. Dr. Alan took the time to find the problem and make a treatment plan to solve it and after going once I could already feel an improvement! You truly get the one on one experience. By taking the chance to try a new chiropractor and going to see Dr. Alan my life has changed for the better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started at Thunder Bay Wellness for a lower back issue that wouldn't allow me to stand up straight. I also suffered from intense headaches and shoulder pain (never thought it would ever go away and I was going to have these issues for the rest of my life because no one else would help). Dr. Cranton is amazing!!! My back pain is gone, I haven't had a headache in weeks and have full use of my shoulder!!!
The staff are absolutely wonderful, as soon as you walk through the door you feel welcomed.
If I could give 10 stars I would!

I was quite skeptical at first, however reading all the great reviews about the Thunder Bay Wellness Centre I booked an assessment. I have been nothing but very impressed with quality of service, the level of treatment and commitment Dr. Cranton and his dedicated team have provided me. After only two treatments, I was able to start running again without experiencing pain and am continuing to notice great progress with my recovery with the help of the treatment.

They do a thorough intake and provide an honest relationship with their clients, keeping them informed and confident in the care they are receiving. Dr. Alan Cranton provides fast, friendly, affordable and effective adjustments as well as good conversation in between, showing that he really cares for his patients beyond his practice. Thunder Bay Wellness Center has turned a skeptic like myself who wasn't comfortable with the idea of chiropractic care into a regular with a much straighter and properly adjusted back.

Just after the first few visits I started to feel a difference and after two and a half months the improvements in my daily life have far beyond my expectations. The staff are amazing there too. They all are so kind and make you feel part of a family. Overall deciding to get treatment at the Thunder Bay wellness centre is the right choice and you will not be disappointed.
